As a Council Member at Stellenbosch University, I played a pivotal role in developing and implementing the Institutional Transformation Policy and Plan, ensuring alignment with equity and inclusion objectives. Learning and Development

My passion for education strategy is exemplified by my leadership in curriculum redesign projects, including the transformation of Stellenbosch University’s MBChB program. By integrating innovative teaching methodologies and addressing the healthcare needs of South Africa, I created a curriculum that balances technical expertise with holistic, patient-centered care.

Project Management

From leading multi-faceted projects to coordinating international research teams, I have demonstrated exceptional project management skills. Notably, I co-led a COVID-19 impact study that resulted in three peer-reviewed publications exploring online learning, productivity, and mental well-being in higher education. These projects showcased my ability to manage complexity and deliver results with precision.
